US technology mogul Brooklyn Earick has ruled out submitting an official acquisition offer for the North London club.

Yet the nation's corporate governance laws stipulated that, following an initial approach declined, the group needed to make an offer by 24 October or state they would not do so.

Official word of the determination was provided in a announcement issued by Tottenham to the financial markets, confirming the team is “not in an offer period.”

He published an snapshot of the announcement on social media, remarking: “It was a privilege discussing with Spurs and the Lewis family's delegates over the past few months.
